Sri Lanka Foundation Institute held its Certificate Awarding Ceremony on 27th August 2025, at the main auditorium of the institute, in the presence of a large gathering of students, resource persons and parents. The ceremony marked the culmination of the hard work of both students and academics, expanding scopes of the students’ future journey.
More than 300 students were awarded certificates in recognition of their successful completion of respective study programmes, by the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Foundation Professor Seetha Bandara. The students represented the academic disciplines: Applied Criminology, Legal Training, Child Psychology and Child Protection, Courses for Daycare workers, Preschool Teachers, Sports Masseurs and Manual Therapists, and Fitness Trainers, Mind Body Wellness and Leisure Tourism, and Special Needs.
Ten students were awarded Silver Medals in recognition of their merit performances.
Dr Amila Nawarathne, Director General, Dr Saman Weerawansa, Director Academic, Officials, Heads of Academic Units, Academics of SLFI, Academic Registrar SLFI and Resource Persons graced the occasion.
