Through a combination of theoretical foundations and practical applications, the Diploma explores the nature and types of special educational needs, assessment and identification strategies, inclusive teaching methodologies, classroom management, assistive technologies, and collaborative practices involving families and multidisciplinary teams. Learners are also introduced to the legal, ethical, and policy frameworks that guide inclusive education both locally and internationally.
The programme aims to foster professional competence, critical thinking, and reflective practice, preparing graduates to create supportive, accessible, and inclusive learning environments.
